Our services are subject to availability, weather conditions, flight restrictions, property access, applicable regulations, and other operational considerations. We do not guarantee that a deer or missing pet will be located.

When requesting a search, you should provide accurate information about the search location, the animal or incident details, relevant timing, property access, and any known safety concerns. You may need to obtain appropriate property-owner permission before a search can be conducted on private land. Providing permission to access property does not authorize drone operations over property or in airspace where additional legal requirements apply. You are responsible for ensuring that any requested search complies with applicable laws, regulations, and property rights.

Thermal drone technology can assist in locating animals, but it does not guarantee successful detection or recovery. Results depend on many factors, including weather, terrain, vegetation, temperature, elapsed time, flight restrictions, and other circumstances beyond our control. By requesting a search, you acknowledge and agree that Thermal Trackjob cannot guarantee any specific outcome.

Service availability may depend on weather conditions, travel distance, operator availability, and applicable flight restrictions. Thermal Trackjob will work with you to schedule a search when feasible, but we cannot guarantee a specific response time. Specific payment terms, cancellation policies, deposits, and refund procedures have not yet been established and should be confirmed directly with Thermal Trackjob before requesting a search.
